Can I return an order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

In such cases, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order includes all components, accessories, and packaging and arrived in the exact same condition as the product. Normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process. It has been verified that the product shows a defect at the time of receipt. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our responsibility.

How do I return an order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to: info@little-juniors.com. Please ensure the email includes the following information:

Order number
Reason for the return request
Photos of the product in case of damage
Customer's full name
Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send a return to the sender's address; the correct address will be provided after your request. You as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.

POST-PURCHASE OFFERS

After completing your order, you may be shown a special optional offer. This offer is entirely voluntary and represents a separate, new purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We do not accept order cancellations after they have been confirmed. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must wait for it to be delivered and follow our return policy. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund, depending on the reason for the return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provision, if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of or received the last item.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed at the moment they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so once the item has been received, a refund cannot be processed prior to that point.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Little Juniors) via a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal will be completed upon our receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Note on shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer shipping times may occur which are beyond our control. If the item is already on its way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the item and then return it to us. You are of course welcome to notify us of your withdrawal in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, we kindly ask you to send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the returned item. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Policy for damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide evidence of the damage or defect (such as photos or videos). Once the issue has been verified, the replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
